There is a company-run resort facility on the Asagiri Plateau at the foot of Mt. Fuji, where employees can enjoy their days-off with their family. The facility includes accommodation for camp training and other purposes.

To give employees opportunities to meet local residents and other employees’ families, we hold a Koito Dance Festival at a plant every summer. We also participate in the Shimizu Port Festival, a local festival held in summer.

You are eligible to take childcare leave until your baby reaches three year old. In addition, till your infant reaches nine years old, you can work 2 hours less each day, starting 1 hour later and leaving 1 hour early.
