To develop a vital and happy workplace for employees, we provide a broad range of welfare programs, including facilities like dormitories for unmarried employees and company housing, resort facilities, sports and interest group activities outside of work, and a variety of welfare systems and benefits.

Facilities

Dormitories for unmarried employees, company housing, and cafeterias

To ensure a safe and enjoyable working environment for employees who cannot easily commute from home, we provide dormitories and company housing. Depending on where the workplace is located, we rent housing and make it available as dormitories and company housing.

Recreational Facilities

There is a company-run resort facility on the Asagiri Plateau at the foot of Mt. Fuji, where employees can enjoy their days-off with their family. The facility includes accommodation for camp training and other purposes.

To give employees opportunities to meet local residents and other employees’ families, we hold a Koito Dance Festival at a plant every summer. We also participate in the Shimizu Port Festival, a local festival held in summer.

Various Welfare Systems

No-overtime days

No overtime work is allowed on Fridays. At the weekend, enjoy social gatherings, meals with friends, or time with your family.

Encouraging the taking of annual paid leave

We strive to create an open-minded workplace to help you take annual paid leave according to your plan.

Childcare leave

You are eligible to take childcare leave until your baby reaches three year old. In addition, till your infant reaches nine years old, you can work 2 hours less each day, starting 1 hour later and leaving 1 hour early.
